By accessing or placing an order on Sforne.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and the operator of the Website ("we," "us," "our").
1. Products and Eligibility
We sell adult products for sexual wellness and intimacy ("Products").
Age & Geographic Restrictions:

3. Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for Products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
- Returns & Right of Withdrawal: Your right to withdraw from the contract and our return policy are detailed in our Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy. For EU/UK consumers, the legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt.
Hygiene Restriction: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, intimate/sexual wellness products are only eligible for return if the original, sealed packaging is completely unopened and intact. - Warranty: Please refer to our Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy for information on commercial warranties and your statutory rights.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (logos, text, images) is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent.
