1. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide where legally permitted. For detailed information on costs, estimated delivery times, and parcel tracking, please refer to our dedicated policy: Shipping Information.
Important: In accordance with our AML, KYC & Sanctions Policy, we do not ship to countries or regions subject to comprehensive UN, EU, UK, or US (OFAC) sanctions. Orders placed from such locations will be cancelled and refunded.
2. Payments
We accept multiple currencies. All payments are monitored for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance, fraud prevention, and adherence to sanctions regulations.
Transactions are processed securely through trusted providers like PayPal. Your payment information is protected using industry-standard security measures. We do not store full credit/debit card details on our servers.
3. Returns & Your Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (an individual acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you nominated) take physical possession of the goods (or the last item in a collective order).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:
- Inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter or email). You may use our contact form or send a message to: returns@sforne.com.
- Return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. You can return them to the address we will provide in our response to your return request.
Conditions for Return Acceptance:
- The goods must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- FOR HYGIENE AND SAFETY REASONS, INTIMATE/SEXUAL WELLNESS PRODUCTS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN IF THE ORIGINAL, SEALED PACKAGING IS COMPLETELY UNOPENED AND INTACT. Once the packaging of such products is opened, they cannot be returned unless faulty (see: Warranty).
Refund of Costs:
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard offered option), no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product fault.
4. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Please direct any complaints regarding your order, delivery, or product quality to support@sforne.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably and within a reasonable time.
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to submit a complaint via the EU's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
