1. Shipping & Delivery

Key Points:
- Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for carrier delays or customs hold-ups.
- You are the importer of record for international orders and are responsible for all customs duties, taxes (VAT, GST), and fees.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for Products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
2. Your Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
How to Return an Item:
- Inform Us: Send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to returns@sforne.com. You may use the model form below.
- Return the Goods: Send them back to us within 14 days of informing us. Use the address we provide in our return instructions.
Hygiene and Safety Restriction (MANDATORY):
Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the original, sealed packaging is completely unopened and intact. Once the packaging of any sexual wellness product is opened, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless it is faulty (see Warranty below).
Refunds:
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

3. Warranty & Statutory Rights
Your rights are comprised of two layers: the commercial warranty and your statutory rights.
- Commercial Warranty: Some Products (especially electronics) come with a manufacturer's warranty (e.g., 1 year). Details are included in the product packaging or documentation. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship.
- Statutory Rights (Rękojmia / Conformity with Contract): As a consumer, you have legal rights that guarantee the Products are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. These rights are granted by law (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive) and are not limited by the commercial warranty. They typically last for 2 years from delivery in the EU. If a Product is faulty, contact support@sforne.com for a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
